“This is the holy grail of barefoot performance training. I feel fast, light, and stronger than ever in the gym, on the track, and everywhere else.”
– Leonard M.

SPEED FORCE II – Speed and Power with Barefoot Feel

If you’re looking for the closest thing to a true barefoot experience, look no further than the Speed Force II – a stylish upgrade to our original Speed Force.

Steven Sashen, our CEO, Co-Founder, and Masters All-American sprinter designed the Speed Force with a former Nike developer. It’s the shoe he trains and races in.

Since we released the original Speed Force, people have worn this ultra lightweight shoe for working out, pickleball, taking a stroll and everything in between.

More Breathable and More Stylish

Speed Force II is our lightest performance shoe, weighing in at 6.5 oz. per shoe (M9). If you take out the removable insole for an even more barefoot feel, the shoe weighs even less!

The biggest change: a new, elegant, super-breathable upper with welded components for extra durability.

A Secure, Barefoot Experience

The iconic, adjustable instep and midfoot straps are not only eye-catching, but functional, giving you a confident, secure feeling for whatever you do in the Speed Force II.

With a flexible 4.5 mm thick FeelTrue™ rubber sole, your brain gets the feedback it needs to help you move effectively, efficiently, and enjoyably.

The dual chevron tread grips the ground and, like all Xero Shoes, Speed Force II is backed with our 5,000 mile sole warranty.

WE MAKE PERFORMANCE SHOES SO COMFORTABLE, YOU’LL FORGET THEY’RE EVEN ON.

If your feet don’t feel as good at the end of the day as they did in the beginning, you haven’t tried the Speed Force II.

Life-changing comfort and superior performance come from letting your feet do what’s natural – bend, move, flex and feel.

All Xero Shoes feature a wider, foot-shaped toe box that lets your toes spread and relax, a non-elevated “zero drop” heel for proper posture, low-to-the-ground design for perfect balance and agility, and a flexible sole that gives you “just right” protection so you can bend, move, flex, and Live Life Feet First!

FAQs

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).
Also, check our Stores page. There may be a Xero Shoes dealer closer to you.

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Speed force for pickleball

I love this model. It’s my favorite because it has the least amount of shoe. I wear them for pickle ball and get lots of comments and always send people your way. I wear the leather version as my standard shoe off the court. I did wear through the bottoms of both of my previous pairs. Didn’t even know it until I realized there was a full hole. I don’t even use the inserts because I like them to be as minimal as possible. Overall love your products!

Well worth it. Just wish they had more colors in my size.

So I did a lot of research prior to buying these shoes. I have also tried Vivo barefoot and Whitten from Amazon and have looked at numerous review videos. I can say right off the bat I do really like these shoes a lot. I started my transition to minimalist and barefoot shoes over a year ago now and I have really enjoyed it. So far I have put about 40 miles of running on these shoes and I really don't have any significant negatives to note. However, I will note the differences in these shoes versus Vivo barefoot and Whitten shoes. One of the key differences that I have observed between this model of xeros(maybe others)shoes is that they are fairly wide throughout the entire shoe. When compared to Vivo Barefoot or maybe even whittens, they tend to be slightly narrower in the heel and midfoot versus the toe box. This may cause some slight discomfort or inability to let your entire foot spread out rather than just your toes. When comparing both in person it appears Vivo Barefoot maybe just marginally wider at the toe box or almost the same it's really hard to tell but they are very close. But overall the speed force is wider throughout the whole shoe versus my Vivo Barefoot and whittens. When compared to my Altra lone peakes though, that toebox is still quite a bit wider than the speed force but they are also a very different shoe. I do not find my speed force shoes to be narrow they feel just right (wish they were slightly wider at the toebox) and luckily the size 15 does fit me. I was a little concerned because I usually wear a size 14 or an EU size 49. Xeros claimed the size 15 was an EU 48 which made me worry that it wasn't going to fit but they seem to be just right with just enough room in front of my toes, about a quarter to a half inch which is where I like it. When it comes to the sole, so far I like that it is sturdy but flexible if that makes any sense meaning the sole is not very gummy like my whittens. I feel slightly less when going over sharp rocks but I still feel plenty and they are every bit as flexible as I need or would want them to be. I have done one three mile trail run with some really gnarly Rocky Parts in the trail and I will say I wouldn't prefer to trail run in these much due to the very thin sole. I can't wait to get another pair and probably some dedicated trail running xeros as well.

good foot shape

They fit well, but be careful not to overtighten the Huarache straps.

Cyr Wheel Shoes

My teenager uses these for Cyr Wheel at a youth circus. They're a huge upgrade to training in socks. The only thing that would make them better is if they came in quarter-sizes. We appreciate the wide toe-box and the fact that they come in monochromatic black (for performances).
